HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC Journeyman
The HVAC Journeyman position allows you to use your skills as a commercial HVAC installation project, installing sheet metal and spiral ducts, roof top units and other HVAC equipment. The Journeyman is also responsible for delivering high quality work and productivity.
The HVAC Installation Apprentice assists in commercial installation projects, installing sheet metal and spiral ducts, roof top units and other HVAC equipment. The Apprentice is also responsible for delivering high quality work and productivity, and is expected to go through the company-provided apprenticeship training program to become a skilled HVAC Journeyman.

HVAC Journeymen work in residential, commercial, industrial and public settings in both indoor and outdoor job sites which include exposure to all elements of weather including cold, heat, wind, rain and snow. The weather may also impact the site exposing the individual to water and mud.
This position also includes exposure to areas off of the ground requiring the team member to work in a safe manner. The team member will also be exposed to loud noises where hearing protection is necessary and provided.
