WHO YOU ARE:

• Completely bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong professional communications skills
• Great attention to detail
• Keen organization and prioritization skills to handle a large caseload efficiently
• Dynamic and adaptable- pushing yourself and others to improve every day
• Team oriented and collaborative spirit
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior immigration law experience strongly preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Translate between English and Spanish verbally and in writing
• Prepare and edit legal forms, affidavits, written statements, and court documents
• Gather and organize information and documentation from clients
• Research legal articles and prepare evidence
• Work from home and in the office (hybrid position)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
