Job Summary
The Center for Innovation in Population Health (IPH Center) is seeking an Implementation Facilitator to work with the Kentucky Association of Counties technical advisor and other policymaker liaisons to implement opioid reduction-related evidence-based practices (EBPs) prioritized by local leaders in partner criminal legal system, health, and social service agencies. This is a grant-funded, 1-year role.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Candidates must possess a strong relationship building skill set, have excellent collaboration, communication (oral & written), initiative, emotional intelligence, and process improvement skills.
