Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Implementations Analyst to join our team. Within Implementations, you will be expected to problem solve, while being proficient at learning new systems and technologies quickly. We are in search of candidates that thrive working in a fast paced environment. This role involves collaboration with internal project managers, developers and external clients. Candidates must possess the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while providing solutions to challenging problems.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discover their trading objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
• Communicate with external brokers to facilitate trade execution.
• Configure trader accounts, company environments, and trade routes.
• Configure GUIs so traders are given access to trade information on their home screens.
• Work closely with developers to add new features that aren’t included out-of-box.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver high quality results within specified timelines.- Develop End of Day files for compliance purposes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Utilize Java and Python functions to manipulate and sort through data..
• Use export tools to organize all trades within a CSV.

Skills:

• Experience within OMS/PMS/EMS vendors.
• Experience with Java and/or Python is a plus.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
• Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development projects.
• Able to work in a team setting and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
