Job Summary: The Prescription Drug Benefits Technical Implementation Analyst is responsible for the analysis and implementation of prescription drug benefits, including yearly renewals and contract amendments, in the RxClaim system. The Prescription Drug Benefits Technical Implementation Analyst is also responsible for drug pricing maintenance and formulary updates in the system. This position is also responsible for conducting impact analysis, assessing system options, and implementing RxClaim changes for corporate initiatives related to the prescription drug program. This position also serves as a technical consultant for prescription drug related inquiries from other departments. Job-Specific Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Must have a proven ability to independently research, analyze, document, and present resolutions to problems. Experience in technical writing, including effectively communicating technical information that is clearly understood by technical professionals, is preferred. Must have PC skills, to include Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task. Must have good oral and written communication skills.
