Summary of Duties
As an employee working within the

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:
Develop, implement, and coordinate evidence-based practices within child welfare to help children stay in their homes and communities.
Conduct continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities, including program reviews, identifying gaps, and providing feedback for process enhancements.
Offer consultation, training, and technical assistance to child welfare staff, supervisors, and community partners on Family First practices and policies.
Support the development of a Family First fidelity model, analyze program performance, and create corrective action plans for improvement.
Build relationships with community organizations, internal staff, and state leaders to ensure program success and statewide consistency.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they meet goals, timelines, and budgets, while addressing any changes or risks.
Engage with diverse communities, address cultural concerns, and collaborate on legislative changes to improve Family First implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years’ experience coordinating or administering a program. OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience identifying complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions for human service-related programs.

Working Conditions
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Occasionally, unscheduled hours may be required, including evenings and weekends.
This position has a hybrid work schedule. Majority of the work can be conducted remotely. You will need to report to Salem for meetings a few times a year. We have a drop-in desk space in our Salem office.
Frequent travel to branch offices throughout the state of Oregon for meetings, trainings, and program support.
Occasional overnight travel.
