We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Epicor Implementation Manager to join our team. This role is a perfect fit for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and seamless integration with other business systems. This role will also involve providing technical leadership, managing project timelines, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation of the Epicor ERP system across the organization.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
3. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of implementation projects.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
5. Ensure the optimal performance of the Epicor ERP system by conducting regular system checks and coordinating maintenance and upgrades.
6. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all users are proficient in using the Epicor ERP system.
7. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of the Epicor ERP system with other business systems.
8. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the system configuration, user manuals, and system upgrade history.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Epicor ERP system.
10. Stay abreast of the latest developments in ERP technology and make recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Epicor ERP systems.
3. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Excellent technical knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and system integration.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team.
8. Ability to stay abreast of the latest developments in ERP technology and make informed decisions about system enhancements and upgrades.
9. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
