Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. Job Summary:
This position is responsible for increasing the bandwidth and pace of the department. This role will facilitate the development, coordination, communication, and accomplishment of short and long-term business initiatives. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the department and other constituencies, will communicate and lead in a manner that fosters greater understanding, employee engagement and drive for results. Participates as needed in workgroups hosted by external industry groups, the federal government and the state to identify critical business policy issues and requirements that need to be considered to maintain compliance and shape Horizon's competitive position.
Collaborate with Mandate Portfolio leadership to drive appropriate program and project implementation solution scale, breadth, and financing to achieve mandate compliance in a timely and appropriate manner.

Education/Experience:High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Requires a minimum 7 years professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

Salary Range:
$94,900 - $129,570This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
