Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. The Project Manager role is responsible for the implementation of core products and services of new clients and managing the coordination of internal/external project initiatives. This position will lead, plan, and organize the implementation cycle with our channel partners, end users, and direct clients, ensuring the success of each project. The Project Manager will demonstrate advance knowledge of product functionality utilizing exceptional Project Management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinating daily activities required to ensure projects are completed on time in a successful manner
• Managing implementation projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on completion of project deliverables for client on-boarding
• Maintaining repeatable on-boarding strategies • Creating project plans for all projects with decisive milestones, as well as timeline and responsibility assignment
• Defining scope and requirements of an implementation project
• Managing client satisfaction and expectations of products and services
• Training client on products and outlining process workflow utilizing products and services
• Supporting clients and resolving issues during implementations
• Documenting and capturing details of project tasks, milestones, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading internal and external meetings and calls
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Ability to work in a dynamic professional environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical requirements at a high level to a non-technical audience
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Understanding of the Health Care claims and payments revenue cycle a plus
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 Health Care transaction sets including 837s and 835s strongly desired
• Experience with Agile software and Confluence is a plus
