Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven, Implementation Manager to join the Customer Success Team at RIVET. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client implementations, including project planning, execution, and communication. You will work closely with clients to manage their expectations, scope, and timeline while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
This role is on-site located in our Kansas City, KS office with potential remote work if/when applicable. 0-2 trips per month is typical to facilitate key implementations and business alignment. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.
