Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Summary: The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client onboarding projects from kick-off through launch. They are a critical piece of Onbe's system and strategy, serving as the first touchpoint following the sales cycle and setting the tone for a client's relationship with Onbe. They will bring projects through the lifecycle with a focus on speed, quality, and client happiness at the helm and will have a comprehensive understanding of Onbe's product suite and a passion for setting clients up for success. They also collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and standard methodologies that position Onbe as a leader in the industry.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $83,250 to $91,875 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
