Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Implementation Manager, is part of the Ecolab operations team and works very closely together with the customer EWC program manager, EWC dedicated expert team, the F&B and NW field teams. The Implementation Manager works full time at assigned customer site and is responsible for the execution of the projects that are covered in the roadmap and agreed with customer corporate management. The Implementation Manager will lead the projects, facilitates the necessary resources and equipment on time, reports the progress on a weekly base to the EWC and local team. This position reports to the F&B district manager.
