Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Two years of professional work experience in public-sponsored, agency-based child welfare setting providing a combination of direct child welfare casework including Intact Family Services. Demonstrated experience in using evidence-based intervention, using data to inform practice improvements, and facilitating professional groups.

Five years of professional work experience in public-sponsored, agency-based child welfare setting providing a combination of direct child welfare casework, including Intact Family Services.
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. This position is headquartered in Champaign, IL. Fully-remote or hybrid work may be considered for this position. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search posting closes. The minimum of the salary range for this position is $62,000. Salary is commensurate with experience. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
