Title: Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote or Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Compensation: $70,000 -$85,000

To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team and ensure our new-signed customers successfully implement ServiceCore to solve their business needs. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy team member who excels at optimizing processes to help customers adopt new technology and is excited to be part of our talented implementation team. 

What You'll be Doing

• Work closely with our newly-signed customers to assess their goals and existing business practices to ensure onboarding alignment, proper account setup, and implementation support
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines within project management software to ensure critical milestones are met
• Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel by routing tasks across multiple departments to ensure projects and client requests are executed efficiently and to the highest standard
• Provide other assistance as needed in support of the department’s efforts to maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Strive for 100% customer satisfaction during the onboarding process.
• Become a trusted resource for software and productivity trends in the field services domain

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• 2-5 years of experience in a project management or customer-facing role at a Software company OR 2-4 years of experience at a portable toilet, dumpster or septic/FOG business 
• Strong project management skills, to build custom onboarding plans to manage these large account onboardings 
• You are passionate about organization and can adhere to and improve organizational systems. If there's a way to reduce redundant work, you're on it.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability and ease to interact with every level of customer to quickly build trust
• Strong team player but also a self-starter who can work autonomously.
• The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
• Experience working with a suite of software tools — CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), online support and project management tools (i.e. Zendesk), and internal communication tools (i.e. Slack)
• Be comfortable traveling (up to 25% of your time will be spent on the road), this role will require on-site trips for discovery and go-lives for our new customers
• Empathetic - you want to help and serve our customers to become ServiceCore champions
• Comfortable with change, experimenting, and trying new ideas.
