Job Overview:
Solar Installer seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to join our team in NJ/PA. The ideal candidate would build a team (or preferably bring one already in place) to canvass, set appointments, educate homeowners and business owners about the benefits of renewable energy and the many incentives in place. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build, lead, motivate and maintain a strong outside team of sales pros
- Develop and implement sales strategic sales plans to expand the market
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet customer needs
- Conduct sales presentations with high ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the solar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently with proven track record in door to door sales
- Ethics and Integrity a MUST
