Import Coordinator jobs in the United States

NVOCC Freight Forwarding Company at City Of Industry is looking for full-time Import OP.

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon.-Fri.)

Requirement:

- Bilingual (Mandarin / English).

- 1 year of Import experience preferred.

- Must be detail-orientated with legal working status

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable

- excellent at managing time, able to multi-task,

- Good communication skills and team player

General Responsibilities:

- Data entry

- Follow up with the carriers for shipment status and prepare invoices for freight transportation

- Verify documentation to customs, clear goods through house custom broker, arrange for applicable duties

- Arrange trucking transportation upon request from customers

- Communication with oversea agents, carriers, rail companies, CFS, custom brokers and importers to ensure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
