    DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    As a Liquor Store Clerk 2, you will be a lead shift worker with responsibilities that include overseeing other clerks and assisting them with daily tasks.

    You will assign and review work, provide on-the-job training to your team on store tasks and policies, and participate in the performance of routine duties.

    This includes customer service, ringing sales on the cash register, unloading shipments, stocking shelves, building displays, and cleaning the store.

    You will also complete specific lead worker tasks such as completing accounting and inventory reports, resolving product-related issues, and overseeing cash management to help keep the store running smoothly.

    Routine store duties will be performed independently, and you will have the opportunity to seek guidance and support from the manager or assistant manager in new or unusual circumstances.

    Managers will review work and help your team excel with your overall performance and in creating a customer focused environment.

    Work Schedule and Additional Information :

    • Full-time employment, 75 hours biweekly* Work hours vary between 7 : 00 AM and 10 : 00 PM, Sunday - Saturday* This position requires travel as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Experience and Training Requirements :

    Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (commonwealth titles); or* Six months of retail sales work.

    Legal Requirements :
