Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a dual role as a Office Administrator and a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail

- Taking and delivering messages

- Maintain office cleanliness

- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed

- Working through daily leads and delegating them to sales team associates

- Follow up with ongoing leads and sales phone calls

- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Transcribe voicemail messages or other audio recordings as required

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in data entry and office management is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus
