Sets and communicates operational policies and procedures. Additionally, Inbound Contact Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Inbound Contact Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Inbound Contact Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

    Our Contact Center Specialists eagerly resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.

    Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

    • Logan, Utah
    • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM
    • Rotating Saturdays 8 : 45 AM 4 : 00 PM
    • Part-time, 25 hours per week
    • $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance Bonus Incentive

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
    • Assist members over the phone with their account needs.
    • Process transactions.
    • Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
    • Provide consistent member follow-up.
    • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
    • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

    Experience, Education & Certification

    • High school diploma required
    • Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
