Summary
The Customer Service agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers/tenants. This position is ever-growing and tasks can change on daily basis. The main function is answering inbound existing and potential tenant/customer calls for our storage facilities and campgrounds. Must be comfortable identifying customers’ needs, knowledgeable about new services, and able to inform of processes.
