Production Associate Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to do basic maintenance on equipment. Grease, fuel, clean, etc.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and report nonstandard acts and conditions.
- Identify and communicate concerns, problems, and /or challenges to management in a constructive and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct routine mobile equipment inspections and assure normal operation of the equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Good critical thinking skills with the ability to observe and assess situations and anticipate issues before they occur.
- Must understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- Must be ok with shift work, working nights etc.
