Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
2. Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
3. Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
4. Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and operators.
5. Developing standard operating procedures and training staff for new processes.
6. Managing process documentation and preparing production reports

Required experience, education, and skills, 

1. Degree in industrial engineering or related field.
2. Prior supervision/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
3. Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Effective oral and written communication skills.
7. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
8. Documentation and organization skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
10. Knowledge of OSHA standards.
11. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
