Position Summary:

As the Tractor Operator/Warehouse Powered Industrial Lift Operator, you will move trailers from plant to warehouse using gasoline or diesel-powered trucks. May perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, or installing light bulbs or fuses. Drives standup and sit down electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as a forklift to move product in/out of warehouse. May be required to supply workers with materials and supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Valid CDL and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Have or be able to obtain McCain Forklift Certification and McCain Aerial Lift Certification
• 2 years clean driving experience using CDL, forklift experience preferred
• Computer, language, and mathematical skills

Physical Demand:

Constant: Reach with hands and arms.

Frequently: Stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Occasionally: Climb or balance and taste or smell.
