Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. We are looking for an individual to operate a tractor. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and in a crew setting, has effective time management skills, demonstrates reliability in all aspects of the position, and is safety conscious. Tractor Operators may be asked to perform other duties as assigned in order to meet contractual and scheduling needs.

This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k). Employees also receive paid sick leave and earn paid time off.
