JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have Early Childhood Education Degree or Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge and ability of implementing preschool curriculum. A strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in collaboration with community, staff, students, parents, and administration. The candidate must provide evidence of strong classroom skills and student behavior management as well as a desire to meet the academic behavior needs of all students. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work creatively with others. The candidate must love working with children.

• Has a wide repertoire of discipline strategies and implements those effectively in the classroom.

• Monday-Friday 6.5 hours per day
