Double Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - Family and Mental Health

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Double Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch healthcare services to patients of all ages, with a focus on both family and mental health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health status
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and providing therapeutic interventions
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care measures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Stay current with advancements in family medicine and mental health practice through continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from accredited certifying bodies
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in family and mental health settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
