    Ein Partnerunternehmen aus der Energiewirtschaft sucht zum März hin eine PMO (m/w/d) Assistenz.

    Projektbeschreibung

    - Durchführung von On-/Offboarding von Projektmitgliedern (Koordinieren dass Mitarbeiter die neu ins Projekt kommen die richtigen Rechte bekommen und koordinieren von ausscheidenden Mitarbeitern, dass Ihre Rechte wieder entzogen werden)

    - Terminkoordination, sowie Kostenübernahmeerklärungen ausfüllen bzw. die ausgelegten Kosten der Mitarbeiter im System zur Auszahlung hinterlegen

    - Postfachbetreuung und koordinieren von IT Anfragen, sowie Rückmeldungen an den Kollegen geben

    - Pflegen von Mitarbeiter Stammdaten (in Excel, eigenentwickelte APP, Confluence)

    - Verwalten von E-Mail-Verteilerlisten

    - Mitschriften von Terminen anfertigen

    - Dokumentation

    - Organisation von Onsite Projekttreffen (Räume inkl. Ausstattung, Bewirtung, Abendessen)

    - Einbringen deiner beruflichen Expertise zur Prozessoptimierung im PMO

    Ihre Skills

    Fachliche Skills:

    - Kaufmännische Ausbildung

    - Must: Erfahrung mit MS Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

    - Could: Erfahrung mit DevOps Tools (Jira/ Confluence)

    - Could: E.ON Know-How

     

    Soft Skills

    - Must: Organisationstalent

    - Must: Zuverlässigkeit

    - Erfahrungen mit agilen Projekten durch Mitarbeit in agilen Teams im Transformationsumfeld

    - Flexibilität in Themen und überdurchschnittliche Bereitschaft für lebenslanges Lernen und fortlaufende Einarbeitung in neue Themen

    - Knowledge Sharing ist ein MUSS

    - Sehr ausgeprägter technischer, analytischer, konzeptioneller und kommunikativer Skill
