Millennium Information Services is growing! We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.

**FIELD INSPECTORS NEEDED**

**FREE training and help desk available daily**

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property Inspection experience is a plus

• General construction knowledge

• Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training

• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening

• Smart Phone required

• Dependable vehicle needed

DUTIES:

• Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.

• Time service deadline, 15-20 days.

• Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

• Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 (2 per hour) exterior and $40-$90 (1 per hour) interior.

• Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
