Cyber Forensics & eDiscovery Collections Technician (on-site in Raritan, NJ - 100%)
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Cyber Forensics & eDiscovery Collections Technician will primarily perform eDiscovery Collections and Preservations. Technical responsibilities include the ability to fulfill electronic discovery preservation and collection requests in support of litigation, investigations, and similar legal matters. Business partners include Human Resources, Law Department, Global Audit, Health Care Compliance, Privacy and Global Security.
RESPONSIBILITIES/PRINCIPAL DUTIES
The technician?s primary responsibility is to fulfill electronic discovery and Investigation requests which includes, but is not limited to the following:
? Execute and fulfill data preservation and collection requests for electronically stored information, including all O365 applications and resources (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.), hard drives, network shares, cloud environments including BOX, Slack, and portable devices.
? Maintain detailed records for all requests, including the operations that were performed and the date and format of data delivery.
? Utilize industry standard electronic discovery and data forensic hardware and software to ensure data integrity
? Active communication with and delivery of status updates to case managers and business partners.
? Conduct electronic data collections using the following tools: EnCase, FTK, Intella, Cellebrite, O365 Microsoft Purview, and hard drive cloning operations; communicate professionally and effectively with company employees during data collection tasks.
? Process all requests according to established intake processes and internal guidelines.
? Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
? Bachelor?s degree or education relevant to Information Technology, Computer Science, etc. is preferred but not required.
? Industry related Technical Certifications preferred but not required.
