  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee our school programs. The Program Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational initiatives to enhance the learning experience of students within the school program. They will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and community stakeholders to ensure the program's success.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all companies existing programs as well as develop and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with school objectives and standards.
    • Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities.
    • Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives.
    • Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones.
    • Collaborate with school administrators and company administration to identify educational needs and opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and coordinate extracurricular activities, workshops, and events to enrich the school program.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including all administrative personnel.
    • Monitor program effectiveness and staff progress through regular assessments and evaluations.
    • Maintain effective communication with staff members to foster support and involvement in the program.
    • Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
    • Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in education to continuously improve the program.
    • Resolve problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with program managers and other stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans. This includes deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in educational program management, preferably in a school setting.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment techniques.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive program improvements.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing education programs.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience managing teams through long, complex program implementations
    • Knowledge of current program management methods and best practices
    • Experience managing staff and budgets
    • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Experience with industry-standard project management software and tools
