ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Information Technology to manage the IT department for Mo’ Bettahs. This position is in Lehi, UT. This role is in the office only. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Develop and implement technology strategies that support the company's objectives and drive operational efficiency in the restaurants and support center 

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements 

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems in restaurant locations 

• Ability to implement and connect various systems such as point of sale, ERP, inventory, scheduling / timekeeping, business intelligence, data warehouse, etc. 

• Understand how to install and set up various types of hardware (POS, computers, firewalls, access points, network switches, etc.) 

• Manage a growing IT team and help to train, develop, and mentor all team members 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Ability to create and utilize tools to plan, track, and achieve goals  

• Master problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure  

• Excellent time and productivity manager  

• Ability to maintain a high level of ownership mentality and accountability  

• 20% travel required when needed at various locations  

ABOUT YOU: 

• Equivalent work experience required  

• Must have a minimum of three years in IT Management leading a team and 5-8 years of experience in a senior IT role 

• Familiarity with POS systems, online ordering platforms, and other restaurant-specific technologies 

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address technology needs from both a business and operational perspective 

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 

• Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to non-technical staff 

WORKING CONDITIONS:  

The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. You may be required to work outside in various weather conditions. You may be required to work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. You may be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
