Injection Molding Machine Operator jobs in Boca Raton, FL

TempExperts is seeking a Machine Operator to join a great company in West Palm Beach. This Machine Operator will work in the control room and on the manufacturing floor to observe and maximize production while maintaining quality. Night Shift

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Monitoring and operating control room panels, displays, and graphics to maintain operations according to parameters and monitor system performance to meet targets
• Operating manufacturing equipment to produce and maintain quality of the product
• Adjusting, troubleshooting, and making minor equipment repairs as needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all plan health, safety, and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Learning and performing new tasks as needed

Experience and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant machine operator experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Great communication skills
• Willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, hard hat, etc. as needed
