Sales BizlabWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring creativity and organizational skills to life by planning, executing, and managing a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and community gatherings. As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure that every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed, from the initial concept to the final wrap-up.

Pay Range:
$25.50 - $34.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Wilmington, NC
Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling
- Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, including catering, venue, entertainment, and audiovisual services
- Develop detailed event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all arrangements are executed as planned
- Monitor event budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to clients and leadership
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for events
