Inside Sales Manager oversees the activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Coordinates closely with marketing and field sales to gather insights and understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Inside Sales Manager develops sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Manager trains and coaches staff in selling and relationship-building skills needed to grow and maintain sales pipelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Inside Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Inside Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     General Job Description

    We are looking for a results-driven, experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the Cheetah family!  You will be responsible for directly managing remote and local full Sales Cycle Account Executives. We expect you to be able to follow current scripting and proven tactics, but also bring your own experience and knowledge to the table to constantly be improving the current playbook. You must have a strong understanding of Sales ideologies and be comfortable with detailed call coaching, data driven training based on funnel metrics, and owning the overall team quota. You will also be expected to help train and onboard new employees, as well as recognize the C players that we need to cut loose. We’re looking for a killer Insides Sales Leader ready to jump onboard and take us to the next level! 

     
    Major Duties and Responsibilities
    • Full Sales cycle call coaching (cold call to account management)

    • Managing Remote and local employees 

      • Weekly 1on1s 

      • Review KPIs and Call coaching 

      • Ongoing employee development and mentorship 

    • Training and onboarding new classes of remote employees through Upwork

    • Constantly be iterating on the current playbook (everything from scripting to Sales process)

    • Ability to get the team to their monthly quota and beyond!

     
    Requirements
    • At least 5 years of total Sales Experience 

    • At least 2 years of Sales Management experience

    • You have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful Inside Sales Teams 

    • You have a strong set of Sales Ideologies that you will use to coach and train

    • You are comfortable managing and scaling large teams  

    • You are a leader that’s ready to hit the ground running! 

    • It’s a plus if you have food industry experience and/or transactional Sales experience selling into restaurants
