Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will be aligned with a field sales team and report to a regional sales manager. The ISR is responsible for maintaining and establishing relationships with both new and existing customers to support existing business and promote sales growth.
Working at our corporate headquarters the ISR will work with Marketing and the field sales team developing, maintaining, and closing prospective customers. Interaction with prospects and accounts in varying industrial segments across a broad geographic territory is crucial to developing new business. Prospecting through cold calling and email campaigns will be essential to developing new business for the ISR.
Individual carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include soliciting, planning, and seek the appropriate support from the company’s resources. Limited travel is required to interact with customers and participate in sales meetings and trade shows.
