Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) is responsible for implementing the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The PEPFAR Program Manager position integrates diplomacy and a data use function to support the goals of PEPFAR at the Department of State. The incumbent will have comprehensive responsibility for one country and will work with PEPFAR headquarters staff to advance collective monitoring and progress to program impact for the HIV/AIDS response, and data utilization at multiple levels.

Responsible for aligning and tracking the achievement of global and national goals, including PEPFAR targets. You will design and support the implementation of Country Health Partnerships, mobilizing key stakeholders such as the Global Fund, the World Bank, UNAIDS, the private sector, and civil society. You will lead efforts to enhance transparency and accountability in program impact, cost, and quality by aligning vision, strategy, and implementation, potentially in collaboration with organizations like the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
Skills/Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be in good physical condition and can occasionally travel. MODERATE RISK PUBLIC TRUST clearance required.
