North East Technical Sales is a growing, dynamic private company representing leading manufacturers offering instrumentation for measurement, analysis and control as well as valves and other mechanical items. We're looking for a Technical Inside Sales person to join our team. If you have sales support experience with an industrial company and you are looking for an exciting career in the Process Control industry, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, including quoting, billing, sales, and technical support. Pricing and processing orders.
• Understanding customer technical applications and identifying the best solution from our full scope of measurement, analytical and control products.
• Interacting with our manufacturers on behalf of the customer. Solving customer delivery and material challenges.
• Provide superior customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.

Qualifications

• One to three years Inside Sales experience. Preferably industrial sales.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction. Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and CRM.
• Ability to work with different data entry and product configuration systems linked to our manufacturers.
• A strong interest and ability in technology and technical products.
• Technical degree or technical experience with industrial products would be a plus.
