Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     As a Sales Development Representative, you will cold call, build a pipeline, and create relationships over the phone. Energetic, motivated, and competitive people will thrive in this uncapped commission opportunity with a progressively increasing base pay and PTO as you hit performance metrics. Some day-to-day activities of this job include:


    Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

    Identifying decision-makers and highlighting new opportunities

    Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments

    Sourcing and prioritizing target account lists

    Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

    Consistently achieving daily and monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

    What we expect our SDRs to bring to the table:


    A motivated and positive personality with a self-starter attitude

    Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MA

    Organized with excellent time management skills

    The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment

    1 year of sales or business development experience is a plus

    Interest in prospecting or cold calling

    Outstanding communication skills

    ***BYOD- A newer computer (within the past 5 years, at least an i5 processor and 8gb of RAM) -Internet speed of at least 50mbps down and 20mbps up-Wired internet connection-Wired headset, webcam, mouse, and 2nd monitor***

    Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus.



    OTE 45 - 70k









    Position Responsibilities: 20.00% - Inside sales refers to the sale of products or services by personnel who reach customers through phone, email, or the internet. 5.00% - Fluent in German and English 5.00% - Fluent German and English. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Cold Calling - Outreach to prospects who have never interacted before this call. Additional Information:
