Installation & Maintenance Technician Director jobs in Great Falls, MT
Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. FICO specializes in the following services
- Building automation control systems design and installation including temperature controls, access/security controls, and digital video systems.
- Building mechanical and controls systems maintenance and service.
- Design and installation of turnkey facility improvement projects
Job Role - Installation Technician
- Install building automation systems in a timely, high-quality manner.
- Attend product training classes to develop, maintain and enhance building systems and controls expertise.
- Assist with job commissioning and start-up as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to take direction from supervisor and work well with others
- Shows pride in workmanship
- Previous experience with mechanical or electrical systems preferred
- Ability to read blue prints and wiring schematics preferred
- Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic mathematical and communication skills
- Availability to work overtime, varied shift hours, and out of town as needed
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Current driver s license and clean driving record
