Experienced Maintenance Tech Needed

Looking for a skilled maintenance tech to join our property management team. We maintain many properties and you will be required to perform a variety of tasks daily.

• You must have your own tools and transportation
• Experience in all areas of maintenance and remodeling, including HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing
• Working as a sub will be considered provided you have an active LLC and workmen’s comp

DUTIES

• Maintenance duties as assigned
• Picking up materials and transporting to job to install
• Complete jobs within required time frame
• Complete service orders on a timely basis

SKILLS

• Knowledge of general construction/remodeling, HVAC, electrical & plumbing

• Working knowledge of tools
