Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager manages the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Coordinates the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager provides and evaluates training for installation and maintenance technicians. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. What We Do: We drive to people's homes and inspect their dryer vent system from the inside of the dryer all the way to the outside of the building. Then we provide the customer with a quote to repair or clean the vent as needed to meet building code. Once approved we make the necessary repairs and perform the job. We leave no trace behind and leave the worksite cleaner than we found it.

Duties:
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times; uphold company image
- Provide the customer with a complete assessment upon arrival at the home
- Professionally service customer’s dryer vent system as indicated by inspection results
- Offer additional applicable products/services based on the inspection results
- Available to answer any questions and provide thorough responses
- Accurately and legibly provide assessment and invoice when applicable
- Clearly define and describe the features and benefits of products/services as requested
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order/condition
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, carpentry, or handyman work
- Experience and strong comfort level working with tools
- Ability to climb and handle ladders up to 20 feet in height
- Ability to work within constricted spaces such as attics, crawlspaces, or closets
- Ability to work on rooftops
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Ability to work required business hours and weekends when necessary
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and team members
- MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG SCREEN, AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE
