Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager manages the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Coordinates the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager provides and evaluates training for installation and maintenance technicians. May require a bachelor's degree.
