You bring your skills in finish/rough carpentry and basic plumbing; we will provide the specialty, in-person training on our products. Previous Project Management and Leadership experience preferred.

Position Overview:

As the Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, consisting of both administrative and installation responsibilities. As our business grows, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of installers and ensuring the successful execution of all remodeling projects within the East Bay region.

Experience Required:

• Home Improvement Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong background in finish/rough carpentry or basic plumbing.
• Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a management role, with proven leadership skills and the ability to command respect.
• CA General Contractor B or B-2 License.
• Valid Driver's License.
