  • Description

    Car Wash Installation Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing install projects efficiently and effectively to achieve specific goals and objectives as well as managing and mentoring the install team. Project Manager is also responsible for sourcing and managing subcontractor relationships for install projects and ensuring smooth operations. 

    Requirements

    • Work with Order Entry, Production, and Sales to maintain installation schedule to ensure customer and internal deadlines are met
    • Coordinate with Sales on Subcontractor  installation, civil works costing and scheduling, and obtaining final invoice documents to ensure prompt invoicing to customer.
    • Review and approve project site survey
    • Monitor and manage Subcontractors and Direct Install Teams throughout the project. Provide support that arise during installation.
    • Coordinate with Dispatch to establish project tickets and ensure tickets are closed out timely. 
    • Communicate project status and updates to ensure all stakeholders are aligned. 
    • Ensures a timely install, manage punch list, prompt coordination of commissioning with Service and Chemical Team to aide in obtaining Deliver and Acceptance (D&A) by Sales Team.
    • Define and implement quality standards for project deliverables. Regularly inspect completed projects to ensure Mark VII standards are met
    • Ensure procurement activities align with project goals and budget.
    • Manage each installation project to ensure profitability.
    • In conjunction with stakeholders, manage live working document of workflow and work procedures. 
    • Assign tasks and monitor team performance. 
    • Motivate and lead the team to achieve project goals.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education and/or Experience 

    • 5-10 years Project Management experience, preferably in the car wash industry
    • Ability to easily engage in both business-focused and technically focused conversations
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

    Communication/Language Skills 

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must 
    • Ability to read and comprehend documents
    • Listening and presentation skills a must

    Technical Competencies 

    • High Level of Proficiency in MS Office products
    • Salesforce experience a plus
    • SAP experience a plus
