CFI Inc. is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our staff as a Flooring Field Manager for our flooring business based out of Streetsboro office for the Cleveland/Akron Metro area. Duties will include but not limited to calling to schedule customers, recruiting talent, complete inspections, work directly with installers, customers, stores & district managers to troubleshoot issues, present solutions and create/maintain solid working relationships between the companies and customers. Previous flooring installation and industry experience a plus; and, some basic computer skills are necessary. Travel within the Detroit Metro area will be required.
Full company benefits available; medical/dental, PTO, 401K with match, paid holidays after 90-days of service. Compensation based on experience. Employment is contingent upon the results of a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Please reply with your resume. Thank you!
