    Sweeney Excavating Corp. is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all personnel and resources essential for completing the project on time, within budget, and safely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Use project scope of work to determine and define the best plan to complete each task effectively.
    • Coordinating and monitoring all personnel and resources essential for completing the project on time, within budget, and safely
    • Ensuring that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
    • Managing project documents, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
    • Conducting site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential issues
    • Excellent communication with clients and co-workers
    • Addressing needs and concerns of clients throughout and beyond completion of each project


    Qualifications:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience managing construction projects
    • A High School Diploma or GED required, Degree in Management or relevant is a plus!
    • Customer service oriented
    • Ability to comprehend complex documents, create a comprehensive project plan
    • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team, manage financials, and deliver business outcomes.
    • Possess strong technical and communication skills
    • Proactive, reliable, and confident.


    Salary and Benefits:

    • Full time
    • Salary starting at $90,000-150,000 per year, Depending on Experience
