Designs and develops employee learning programs in align with organization goal and training needs. Being an Instructional Designer conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes. In addition, Instructional Designer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Instructional Designer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
