Instructional Technology Specialist jobs in Passaic, NJ

• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot computer problems via ticketing system or walk-ins
• Walk the floor, answer questions, and assist with their technical needs
• Work with the staff to understand their workflow requirements and assist them with the setup.
• Maintain and Administer IT infrastructure including:

• • Windows environment
  • Office 365 portal
  • Azure Cloud
  • Active Directory
  • Work on multiple EHR systems
  • Printer setup and troubleshooting
  • Application support
  • VOIP setup and troubleshooting
  • Workstations

• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating systems
• Implement security measures
• Coordinate with IT management to work on security or improvement projects
• Provide solutions to improve and secure technology platforms
• Effectively communicate with users and all stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with the staff, demonstrating an awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare domain.
• Prior work experience on following systems preferred:

• Windows OS, EMR systems, MS SQL Database, O365, Printer Management, Active Directory, Scripting, Zendesk Ticket System.
