Instructional Technology Specialist jobs in Stamford, CT

We are a well established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on Cybersecurity and Microsoft Cloud Services in search of a tech-savvy IT Support Technician with a minimum of 1 years experience.

In this role you will be part of a team of like-minded technicians who enjoy the satisfaction of solving problems for friendly clients who respect your expertise. You will be hands on with the latest technology Microsoft 365 Cloud Services including Azure, Intune, and Entra ID. You will have the freedom to make decisions you know to be in our client's best interest. You will be challenged, rewarded, and have the opportunity to grow.

Strong preference given if you have MSP and ConnectWise experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Administer Accounts in Microsoft Active Directory
• Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers
• Administer Data Backup / Business Continuity Services from Datto
• Evaluate and respond to Cybersecurity alerts
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
• Configuration and installation of network hardware such as Firewalls (SonicWALL), Switches (Aruba and Cisco), and Wireless Networks (Aruba and Ruckus)
• Act as a point of escalation for our Level 1 Technicians

Required Experience:

• Administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Administering Microsoft Windows Servers
• Network Troubleshooting
• Windows and Macintosh Operating System Installation and Troubleshooting
