Develops computer training materials and assists in teaching how to set up and use computer applications and related technologies. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist may troubleshoot technical problems and train junior staff members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Instructional Technology Specialist typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Technology Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. In this role you will be part of a team of like-minded technicians who enjoy the satisfaction of solving problems for friendly clients who respect your expertise. You will be hands on with the latest technology Microsoft 365 Cloud Services including Azure, Intune, and Entra ID.
