Develops computer training materials and assists in teaching how to set up and use computer applications and related technologies. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist may troubleshoot technical problems and train junior staff members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. This position will support the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of ESC Region 12 and the technology operations for contracted districts as well as ESC 12’s technology operations. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all hardware, software, and communication links.
